SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. — The City of Sierra Vista invested in the revitalization of the west end by adding businesses and cleaning up the area. The University of Arizona College of Applied Science and Technology (CAST) purchased a building on the west side of town so they can be a part of the revitalization. Gary Packard, Dean of UArizona CAST, said one of the reasons the university decided to invest in property on the west side of the city is so they can be more visible and open to the public.
