After a disastrous Friday at the Honor Bowl where two of San Diego's best teams were beaten up by a pair Arizona's best, it was up to Madison to uphold the honor of the county. It was a task the Warhawks embraced, racing to a 28-point halftime lead and beating Phoenix Desert Vista 35-0 in the middle game of Saturday's 12th Honor Bowl at Cathedral Catholic High.'Absolutely we knew what went on Friday night,' said Madison coach Rick Jackson.'Desert Vista (ranked No. 25 in Arizona) is a good team, but I don't think we're disrespecting anyone by saying they're not in the same class as Chandler (a 63-7 winner over Cathedral Catholic) or Red Mountain (a 35-16 winner over Mater Dei Catholic).
