Cochise County Attorney Brian McIntyre, 50, was arrested in Sierra Vista with a DUI at 2:24 a.m. Saturday morning. According to the Sierra Vista Police Department McIntyre had a blood-alcohol content of 0.210, which is more than twice the legal limit of 0.08. He was arrested without incident and cited with a Super Extreme DUI, a criminal offense. First-time extreme DUI offenses require a minimum of 30 days of incarceration and a fine of $2,500 according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
