Walked in around 7pm tonight to have a bite to eat, 4 people at the bar, the rest of the place empty. I sat at the middle of the bar and grabbed a menu. While I sat there I could hear the bartender hanging out in the kitchen going on and on about some drama in her life. I continue to wait another 5 minutes, this being the third time I've been through this at Rookies. Eventually the cook pops his head from out of the kitchen, locks eyes with me, then disappears to the back. A few minutes go by, the bartender is still back there talking. So I walk out, because at that point it felt intentional. When I see the owner there I feel like he takes pride in his bar, sure which he could hire some people who felt the same way. ..

Service and food was poor. Someone in our group ordered the cheesecake and complained about it and could not get it removed from the menu. We asked for a manager contact and were told they don't have contact with manager. If we didn't pay for the horrible cheesecake they would have to pay for it out of their pocket. I do not recommend this place go somewhere else.
